I DON’T DELIVER A TALK.
I CRACK OPEN THE ROOM.
Connection takes courage. That is the truth nobody says out loud. It is easier to stay behind our screens, our titles, our carefully managed personas. But the cost of that distance to your people, your culture, your bottom line is real.
I am a licensed therapist who has spent 25 years learning what it takes to help people come alive in a room together. Whether that room is a company all-hands, a leadership retreat, or a conference full of women ready to stop performing and finally exhale. I show up the same way: curious, warm, and ready to go somewhere real with your people.
Pull up a chair, pour yourself something warm, and press play. You are never alone – and everything you’ve been through has been preparing you for something extraordinary.
“Molly is a fantastic presenter. I highly recommend her for any organization trying to maximize the value of their #1 asset: People. Don’t think twice, book it!”
– Mark Rabe, CEO Sojern
WHY ME?
What makes me different?
I am a licensed therapist, two-time TEDx speaker, and author of two books on human connection and intuition. I have worked with teams at Apple, Linked In, Hydro Flask, and hundreds of organizations and women’s groups across the country. Before I ever step on stage I spend real time learning your culture, your people, your challenges because a talk that doesn’t meet your people where they are is just a talk.
Here is what that looks like in practice. I was speaking to a leadership team when I invited the CEO to share something real with his people. He stood up and said: “Every single night I lie awake making sure I can pay every one of you.” The room went still. Then people leaned in, eyes softened, and something shifted not just toward their CEO, but toward each other and toward the work itself. That is what happens when one person finds the courage to go first. It is what I build the conditions for every time I step on a stage.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to remind you that you were never broken.
TWO SIGNATURE TALKS. BOTH BUILT TO FIND YOUR GOLD.
THE COURAGE TO CONNECT
Human connection is not a soft skill…It’s the skill
Forty percent of workers feel lonely at work — a loneliness now more dangerous to health than smoking, and more costly to organizations than almost any other factor. In 25 years as a therapist, I’ve learned technology didn’t create this problem. Somewhere along the way, we were taught that being real at work was a risk. This keynote helps your people unlearn that.

CRACKING OPEN:
FIND YOUR GOLD
The cracks are not the problem …They are the path.
