Do you ever feel like no matter how much you give it doesn’t always seem to come back?
Do you get really uncomfortable when someone gives you a compliment, gift or offers to help you?
Well, you are not alone.
I have worked with women for over 25 years who are loving moms, devoted partners, doctors, healers, business owners, and creatives and the number one thing I hear is…
“I have a hard time receiving, I am more of a giver.”
The truth is always offering to go last in life is not always about being altruistic. Oftentimes women who give too much have a difficult time receiving which keeps them from getting what they want in relationships. In working with these “giving” clients I also realized that they not only have a hard time receiving, but there’s also a hidden anger that once expressed in a safe way can lead them to the love they want.
While these women almost never view themselves as angry, there’s resentment when others expect them to take the last “crumbs” in life.
Anger is one of the hardest emotions to express. It is not always accepted or comfortable for people to see our anger and so we stuff our anger inside and tell ourselves, “It is not polite, spiritual, or appropriate to be angry.”
One of the greatest ways you can relax and learn to receive is to be okay with anger.
For 1000’s of years other cultures have turned to their rituals of dance, music and true expression to express all their emotions including their anger.
I am so excited to invite you to a 90-minute workshop where you’ll discover how to safely express your full power and truth, while “unblocking” the receiving channels.
Here’s what we’ll cover in our time together:
- Discover the blocks around receiving love, abundance, and appreciation and how to move past these for good.
- Tips and techniques on how to learn to receive love, compliments, promotions, and your deep sense of worth.
- Learn how to express anger for better health, happiness and truly feeling alive.
